I have stopped, started, reloaded driver, changed USB ports, etc. saw a note when I started a carve that said ‘new version of grbi tap to download’. did that it got some error during install, since then no connect
Does the computer still recognize that it’s been plugged in?
Have you restarted the computer?
I have restarted computer, deleted easel driver and reloaded the driver, I have updated my computer and still it dies not connect. Is there anything inside the x-controller that I need to check?
No. When you plug it into the computer, does the computer recognize that something had been plugged in?
Have you reinstalled the FTDI driver?
I’m going to change our the usb cable next
The answers to these questions might be pertinent if the new USB cable doesn’t fix it.
