Using the Zoom Tool

I’m sure this question has been covered many times, but here goes: as a neophyte to Maker, when I zoom in my workpiece goes offscreen and I can’t figure out how to recenter the zoomed vector. Help much appreciated!

Using left click, and right click and drag, one can rotate and drag the design around, into the viewing area… the scroll wheel on a mouse will also work zoom at the location of the pointer if that helps as well.
