Having an issue with v-carving in easel. It is not fully clearing out areas of the carves and leaving stripes. I am using Easel pro, 60 degree V-bit, and step over set to 2.5%, and the wood is walnut. As you can see in the picture, there are lines in the area that is suppose to be cleared out. This is one leg of the letter “M”.
I set my v-carve stepover to 1% and have very little sanding to do afterwards.
