I can achieve flatness around the perimeter however the center is about 2mms low
You may want to apply a sacrificial layer on top and get a bit to tram or level that layer. You could also try putting some shims underneath to push up that amount. On my machine I had extra extrusion from past builds and added that to add rigidity.
