Weighted fidget arm inserts

Is anyone using an easy and inexpensive item to ‘hide’ in the fidget arms to add a bit of weight to increase spinning time?

On @JDM Easel instruction videos, he used 1/4" brass rod as inserts

I built each of my kids spinners, one of them got a 30 cent spinner and one of them got a dollar spinner.

The 30 cent spinner has 3 nickles in each side, the dollar spinner has 5 dimes on each side.
