what does 403 mean its doesnt let me down load a picture
Any 4xx status code means that there was an error committed on the client (your Web browser) end: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_HTTP_status_codes#4xx_Client_errors
My favorite is HTTP 418, which you can read about above
