What kind of connectors?

I tried searching but I have no idea what its called. I have the IOT relay what kind of wire should I use to hook it up? Im going to wire into those green things. Also I will split off to wire a timer clock for machine hours. Is the wire with the white ends special?

I used the wire intended for limit switches.

Stranded 22AWG should be fine.

i just twisted it tight and then secured it. It’s in a static environment so I’m not too worried.

Thanks guys. I just figured out today that the relay come with that little green connector piece I was trying to find those too but just had to pull out the one on it.
