Where would i look to find out how to use multiple work pieces

i have tryed to find a place that will tell me how to use this feature but have not been able to fine anything.

I have numerous videos using multiple work pieces. I show many of the features in Easel and Easel Pro. Here is one.

You can also click the ? icon next to the name of your project in the workpieces title bar:
