Never had this happen before. Suddenly where the code plunges it deflects a bit. Using Vcarve pro… it doesn’t seem to be the gcode
Do V-Carve Pro have a plunge/retract offset option?
If not then its due to machine/tool deflection.
Loose V-wheels most likely the cause, possibly coupled with a plunge rate that is too fast. It also helps to use VCarve’s ‘Ramp’ feature.
