I have a new windows laptop and running windows 10 home. I have dowloaded easel but when I plug in usb it does not recognize it. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
It might be a driver issue, try re installing it and see if it connects. Also when you go through the machine setup you might need to manually change the port setting which you could see in your Device Settings menu inside of Windows.

There is that extra driver that is needed sometimes thats mentioned in the setup manual as well…
