Howdy,
I have an existing workbench that I need to take apart and make a little wider for a 1000x1000 X-Carve. As I was walking through this I thought I should enclose the X-Carve as the location is in my basement and its a 110 year old house and can get dusty down there. I thought it would be cool to get some off the shelf cabinets with glass for the front so I can keep an eye on what’s happening inside. Plus add some cool LED lights as I saw a few workbenches with them and they looked cool.
I plan on getting a sideboard and a dust control system. I think I just need to cut a hole inside the enclosure for that.
I drew out some dimensions and wanted to get some advice on whether this is a large enough space? I don’t plan on doing large format where I need to slide in more material, etc. It’s more of a hobby at this point.
