Hi Folks,
Has anyone had their V-Wheels wear to the point they can no longer snug up to allow no play on the axis?
My Z-axis wheels seem to not be able to snug up even in the tightest position?
Any thoughts?

Highly improbable, unless you ran them so tight they were sliding most of the time instead of turning as intended.
Good close-up pictures of your Z axis wheels would help with getting advice.
Did you try swapping the wheels from top to bottom? Just a thought that could be a help and not cost anything.
