Are you sure it is hooked to a com port?
You may need to move to com4 or another.
@WayneHall I did call inventables and spoke with a wonderful Tech. She was very patient and kind, we went through EVERYTHING…
The solution was that the V Wheels needed to be slightly adjusted along with the belts and the “Work Area” under edit this machine was increased from 750 mm x 750 mm
to 1000 mm x 1000 mm and instead of doing the lower lefthand corner for the X,Y position, it was changed to the center, and with the adjustments made and another attempt to carve with the new adjustments and settings, did fix my problem!
