X axis getting jammed under hand movement

I was testing movement of the x axis to see if it functions correctly and I kept getting a whining noise and a sort of jam when I pushed it by hand. I have the v wheels positioned correctly with the eccentric nuts and the belt tensioned to 3.65 lbs per inch of pull. Any ideas what could be causing the jam and the loud whining noise? Thanks

When I move it high speed it works well but low speed is tough.

I haven’t connected it to the controller yet. It’s only belts and motors. Thanks for the advice though. I’ll make sure to not do that when it’s hooked up.
