X axis Vibrating with and without load, Why?

What are the main causes of vibration on the X-axis both with and without a load? What should I check? I have some some Christmas orders I am trying to get out the door.

Belt tension and wheel friction. If these are too tight the motion will be jagged.

Thanks, that is what I figured, but I wanted some validation before I started re-adjusting things again.
