X-Carriage doesn't glide

Hi all! Santa delivered my X-Carve a week early and so far so good on putting it together. The instructions are awesome and easy to follow. (Nice job training staff!) I have the X-Carriage on the makerslide rail, but it seems tight - doesn’t glide like I am thinking it should? I loosened the eccentric spacers but that didn’t seem to make a huge difference. Any help would be most appreciated.

realllllllyyy double check those spacers and that your vwheels are able to move. Problem has to be there.

You can also post pictures of the X-Carriage assembly so that people can help check that it is assembled correctly.

make sure all the bolts, washers, and nuts are in the same order for each wheel.

Can you share what the issue was that way others viewing the thread with a similar issue can check whether they have the same issue as you?
