X-Carve and gShield

Hi,

We are having trouble with connecting to the X-Carve using easel.

More specifically:
We have tried connecting directly to the arduino, and the connection doesn’t work while the gShield is connected to the arduino.

When disconnecting gShield, we can open a com session to the arduino itself, but once we plugging in the gShield, we get from Arduino IDE an error that the port is busy.

Note that it worked fine before today.

Any help would be much appreciated!

This set of circumstances is usually associated with plugging the gShield into the Arduino with the pins mis-aligned. It is easy to plug it in incorrectly.
