X-Carve Controller delay

I ordered my X-Carve last month, I received everything except the clamp set and the X-controller, so I emailed inventables last week, but didnt even get a reply. I’m fine if I have to wait a little while but they could at least reply to the email so I know that they are aware of the problem. For now my machine is a really expensive paper weight…

How did you reach out to them? (Address?) Have you tried a phone call? They are normally quite responsive.

I just ordered on April 12th and all I’m waiting on is my controller, clamp set, and v carve pro. Hopefully it doesn’t take too long to get since I have the xcarve all put together on the dining table waiting for the controller especially and my wife is getting real sick of me sitting there starring at it. :hugs:
