X Carve cutting out of square

I’ve had my X carve since before the pandemic.
The problem hopefully has a simple solution.
I programed xcarve to cut a rectangle out of a piece of plywood. Went to use it and something was off. Measuring the diagonals on it, it was off by 1/4 inch from one to the other.
Any ideas on how to correct my machine? Hopefully it’s something simple…
