X-Carve freezes up when laser etching with (Solved !)

G code generated with V Carve pro, Jtech post processor, laser tool as Jtech says to install in V carve tool list, using X Controller, sending through UGS & Chilipeppr…X Carve freezes using either sender, at various places, never the same place, machine freezes but UGS & Chilipeppr show g code still running…

Anyone have any thoughts?

Got to thinking about the freezes and the possibility I was causing the freezes. My computer only has 4 gigs of ram…I had V carve pro running, several open command windows, and paintshop pro running in the back ground. it would only stand to reason I could overflow the buffer sending the file through the senders. Shut down everthing but browser to run g code…complete file ran without fail…

As I recall, those G-Code files are so huge that they can mess with the sender. There’s a “pic sender” program or something like that expressly for the purpose… Seem to remember that, anyway. Quick forum search would likely turn it up.
