suddenly my x controller won’t turn off the green light stays on even when I press the off button. I call it in and investable send me a new xcontroller which was awesome, but that didn’t solve the problem. so I’ve been turning off the machine by disconnecting the electric plug, but today it started acting up by freezing when I wanted to move to zero. their after it dint generate the code to start carving. the good thing that after a couple of tries of disconnecting the machine finally work to complete a project .any one with this issue that can help?
