What causes stiffiners to lean outboard a slight bit and will this be a problem when carving—thanks,joe

did remove and trim down waste board to install your stiffeners? possibly you can share some photos of what you have completed

Possible i correct installation.
Can you post photos of the issue and the install somewhat close.
