X-Carve won't go home

Until recently all was OK and with grblControl I could hit the Home button and the x-carve would go to 0,0,0 using the limit switches. Now it just clicks back and forth a bit (as if it was already in 0,0,0) and that’s it. Not sure why it’s decided to do this. I’ve rebooted, powered off/on, reinstall Arduino drivers but still the same. Everything else works OK - it’s just that it seems to have forgotton how to go back to the bottom left corner and stop at the limit switches.
Anyone seen anything like this before?
