I put my Xcarve Pro together Friday night, powered it up went through the steps in easel. Moved the axis’s around using easel, then shut it down and went to bed. The next morning, turned on the power switch and heard a loud pop. Power light is on but it wouldn’t connect. Rebooted pc, tried different USB ports and even tried the old laptop. Pulled the cover off the controller to find the fan on the power supply is not running and the power supply light is really dim. Thinking something in the power supply exploded. Now waiting for someone from support.

There on it. Had me take pictures of the inside of the controller for tomorrows engineering meeting. Sounds like they are sending a replacement controller.

Well the new controller came in, but it had the wrong motor connections. So ended up swapping parts between the two controller boxes to get it work, but its running…
