Hi, just finished my x carve assembly and was running through the testing and my y1 and y2 move in opposite directions. Any thoughts
Double check you wiring each motor is wired different.
If BOTH move the opposite direction changing the direction through software (Easel) will correct that. Restart system so the change can come into effect.
You can also change direction mechanically by flipping over one pair of the motor leads.
If the Y’s move opposite of each other, flip one pair of motor wires on the motor that move the wrong way.
Thanks guys. Completely missed the flipping of green and black on one of the y axis in the directions. Got it working
