Y1 axis moves opposite direction from Y2

To hopefully clarify: of the four wires going from the stepper (preferably the one that is going the wrong direction) to the controller, swap the first two OR the last two of the four.

Different motors have different colors. Are you asking a question? If so, can you provide some context?

I had one Y axis motor running in the wrong direction, I swapped the Red and White wires on one and that fixed the problem. Sorry for the confusion.
