Y axis is not moving equally, seems to be catching on something. I have had no issues till now

There’s a few possibilities for that, but the belt might just be loose and skipping teeth. It may need to be tensioned as shown in the manual for the X axis. You can open that cover plate and jog it and check to see if the belt skips in there…

My X-Carve Pro is doing the same thing! Seems like the Y1 and Y2 are catching on something and it destroys the carve. I checked the belts on the back of the machine and they seemed fine. I’ve been blowing out all the saw dust, but it still catching.

A other common issue (on all cnc platforms) for intermittant operation of steppers is loose stepper motor wires. So you may want to double check that there are no loose wires or loose cables going into connectors that might be the culprit.
Also, can you verify your grbl settings match these?
