Y heads wrong when hitting Carve

I not sure what happened. I performed one carve succesfully. I decided to slightly enlarge the piece so I hit the red “X” button to stop the carve. I then relocated the piece on the screen and went through the setup procedure again. Everything worked proper going through the setup, homing went to front left, I set the proper height for Z, hit the “raise bit” , then turned router on, when I hit “Carve” the Y headed towards me and bottomed against the limit switch and wanted to keep going but I quickly hit the “X” button again. I’ve rebooted everything and checked settings and things seem fine but it’ll head in the wrong direction every time I hit start carve. Any help appreciated, Rick

Make sure that you don’t have an object outside of the cut area.
Simulate the carve and see if any of the red lines are going down.
If so then scroll out and delete the object or text that is causing the problem

Thanks Russell. There are indeed red lines dropping down. I’ll try to do that scroll out and delete you’re talking about. Thanks so much, Rick
