Y1 & Y2 are Malfunctioning

I’ve been using my X-Carve Pro for the last 6 months and it’s been amazing, until two days ago when my Y1 and Y2 axis is getting stuck during the carve and turning my carves in garbage. It’s been real frustrating since my business requires a properly operating CNC machine.

If anyone has any suggestions on how to fix this problem, please share.

if it just happened out of the blue, i would check the wire harness and make sure everything tight and snug. possibly something came loose in the last 6 months.
