Z axis and X axis

So finally received my X controller the other day and went through all the steps. Went to carve and when the machine asked to place it home i did it manually. When i hit the z axis buttons the x axis moved and vis versa. ???

I robot both computer and machine still doing it. They are wired up correctly as well.

went through machine set up 3 times and still did not fix it.

I did this and it seamed like the z axis was going faster than it should and the z axis was slower I think I did something during set up when it tried to go to home and it went the wrong way I hit stop and then it changed the GRBL???
