Z Axis is invereted just replaced mother board

Just replaced the mother borad everything works well. Except the Z axis is inverted.

Maybe you need to change the $3 setting to reverse the direction. From this chart in this link, a $3=4 should do that.

After doing that it inverted X and Y

Thanks $3=7 actually fixed everything

7, implies that all 3 of your axes are wide in reverse…

…and either leave it as -is since its working for you or flip over each green/black stepper wire.
(flipping ONE pair of the stepper wire flip rotation)

Just leave it. It’s working, and that $3 setting is there for this reason.
