I was trying to cut something and I accidentally said the material was 2" but it was really 1.5 so xcarve lowered the Z axis into my waste board and cut it out. I had it set at a pretty fast cutting speed as I was cutting out foam… After this incident the z axis now slips randomly as it goes down or up.
I’m assuming that the plastic part that the AMCE rod is in stripped… would you guys think the same?
