I can not get the motor to turn the z , to raise and lower the spindle, i have checked all the wiring, could the motor mount /belt being to tight cause this, i want to loosen the motor which will loosen the belt, but how tight does it need to be?
my z-belt is snug…not overly tight…not very technical, but the best I can do.
is the motor trying to move? when you try to jog the axis?
Make sure you have run setup in Easel…check the eccentric nuts…are they too tight and keeping the axis from moving?
It was the White wire disconnected from the board from the z, I am going to retry it as soon as i get it back together, thanks for your comments
