Z-probe not being used during project

Hello all!

Love my X-Carve. Only issue I seem to be having at this point is with my Z-probe. When I go through the set up process, there is a portion which utilizes the z-probe. During this set up process, the Z-probe works great. Now, anytime I do a project, and when going through setting the zero sceen (specifically setting the material thickness), if does not have me using the Z-probe. Anyone else have this issue? Am I missing something?

Mike, mine never asked for the z-probe either, until I ran through the “set up your machine” drill again. I had not done this after upgrading from arduino to x-controller. After I did, a few things changed, including that it asks whether I want to zero by probe or manually.
