You think them being longer is better?
Did you use loctite as well? (I wanted to avoid this, because if I change of working place, maybe I have to unmount the bigger parts of the machine for transport, so using loctite is a bad idea if that’s the case, isnt’t it?)
I’ll see what they say in support when they answer me tomorrow before purchasing those…

I did not use loctite on these. Longer is better if the holes are tapped far enough, I tapped mine for 20mm, so longer would not work with mine.

Given the fact that this holes are already pretapped, I suposse they are tapped at 12mm ( I looked throught the hole and that is what it seems, but my eyesight is not the best…).
I don’t know how to tap them longer, nor I want to mess with the standard tapping (just in case I mess something up).
I only recommend using loctite since screws tend to wiggle loose without it. However, you can always make a habit of checking your screws tight before each project until you’re comfortable they’re not wiggling out.
