can i download a 3d file from like essey and cut it on my xcarve using easel pro. and if so can someone give me a quick rundown on how
Short answer is no. Easel is best used for creating and carving 2d as a stand-alone software. You would need to use another software program to create the gcode file. Vectric is an example of the software you can use to work with 3D files. There are a few others. However, once you’ve created the gcode file it can be imported into Easel and cut on the X-Carve.
