hello, completely new here so I’m not sure if I am addressing the exact right forum. but I have recently got a 3018 and am trying to setup UGS on my computer. unfortunately every time I try to install the program it says “Cannot find platform folder” and refuses to give me any more info or context. if anyone knows what the next best steps are for me any info would be greatly appreciated
You need to back up 2 folders to the .zip folder and uncompress the file.
Then after the file is uncompressed you will need to open the .exe file every time you want to open UGS. UGS is not an installed program, but instead it is an executable program.
