Adding Dados to Cabinet Door

I’m new to cnc in general and looking for some guidance. I’m trying to make some cabinet doors for an existing cabinet. My plan is to use 3/4" mdf for the door panels. I’d like to cut dados into the door so I can glue strips of maple into it to create raised strips. Is there an accurate and efficient way to add the dados so they are spaced evenly and centered? Below is an image of what I’ve come up with so far. It’s obviously not evenly spaced, and it’s tedious to add and place each dado individually.

Thanks for any help.

If you click and drag to highlight just the grooves you can click the three vertical rectangles it will space them equally. Or there’s an app you can use to set a specific distance.
