Can I add text to a imported STL model using Easel Pro. I’m wanting to add text to a book Model. If so How do I do it. If not what do I need to perform this task.
The STL is the 3D shape. You can alter that 3D shape with a 3D editor like Microsoft’s free 3DBuilder. 3DBuilder will let you create 3D text shapes which can be added or subtracted from your 3D book shape.
Other than that, you could use Easel to do simple flat Vcarving on your finished 3D carve if you wanted to add book titles to the book spines or something like that.
