Other than using an exacto knife after the carve like I have been doing 
I use a V bit and Oramask, what type of bit were you using?

I was using a 60 degree.
Haven’t tried Oramask though. I will give that a shot

I use stencil film that you can find on Amazon. They have different colors of it as well.
Circling back to let you know I finally tried Oramask. Worked perfectly. It’s pretty pricey so I will pick and choose when I absolutely need it. Thanks for the recommendation
