Tried carving the Army Airborne logo on a flag and it ruined 8 hours of work. Not sure what happened? logo itself was fine; however, when it cake to carving AIRBORNE in the banner it tore up the lettering, I believe it had to do with the bit. I had the depth set to 1/8 and was using a 90 degree bit for a v cut, Has anyone done one and can give recommendations as to what bits to use, I do not want to destroy another Job. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
