What causes this error when using Image Trace
A coding issue on the back end.
Can you elaborate, this is happening regularly, I cannot trace an image is this easel or my images.?
I would assume it’s Easel. It could be a problem between Easel and your browser.
I would expect you’re just uploading normal image files, right? Jpg, bmp, png, etc? Which browser are you using? What operating system?
Edited to add: my computer is having motherboard meltdown at themoment, and I can’t check Easel’s image trace on my phone, so I won’t be able to duplicate this fault. You will need someone else to come along…
Just checked here, Easel import image without issues.
(Mac / Safari browser)

I switched from Firefox to Google Chrome and it works much better.
