Here’s a look at one of a series of custom patterned and stained bench fronts for a new local coffee shop in town. Was pretty excited to see that dark stain from Sansin really make these pop.
This was my first use of a 1/4" double-fluted straight carbide bit by Bosch on the x-carve and it worked great. Only thing is to watch your speed/inch with the birch plywood. Otherwise all came out very well.

Looks good - any hidden meaning to the slotted pattern - like it’s “XCarve is Awesome” in binary / morse.

Ha! This coffee shop had a modern/island theme so it geometrically symbolized bark on a tree 
with a little XCarve is awesome thrown in there.
