Black screen on cut design side

Hi
Anybody ever have a Black screen on the cut design side. I designed it on one computer - it was fine.
I put in on my shop computer it got this

black cut area

this is the second day it has done this? Thoughts?

When I open it on my design computer - no problem,

If i try to make changes on the carving computer in the shop I get this?
