In the last step of attaching the drag chain the attachment clip broke. Radio silence from the Helpdesk. Anyone one have thoughts about a work around while I wait and wait for help from the paid professionals?
I have email to help@inventables.com for both the broken bracket (this thread) and replacing the defective/warped waste board.

you could always 3D print one if you have a printer. the file is located on grab-cad under the X-Carve files listed in the assembly page.
or here is the link directly from the page.
Just isolate the part and download the file to import into the printer and print.
Thanks for the tip… a 3D printer is on the wishlist.
