As I was putting together my X Carve 1000mm, I ran into a minor issue in that one of the three homing switches was damaged. I notified customer support and they sent me not one, not two, not three, but four new switches. And they shipped them via overnight carrier. I also received an email from Mo at Inventables apologizing for the inconvenience. It wasn’t an inconvenience really, as the matter was taken care of immediately. I can’t say enough about the customer service at Inventables. They have been there every time I have called or emailed. They are unique in a world full of corporations that could care less about their customers. They are, in a word, terrific.
