t used my easel software in a while now it wont let me log in . when i try to reset it ,it tells me the email does not match but its clearly the correct email if they just sent the link for the reset to that email address.
Any help is greatly appreciated .
oddly enough, about 30 minutes ago Easel did some updates and people were not able to login for a few minutes, so It might be coincidence of timing that you received the error. Maybe try again, or you may have to contact support… Or double check that there are no periods in the email address if it’s a gmail one as that can effect logins while you’d still receive the emails…
