Cant connect easel

i have a ultimate bee cnc with a blackbox x32 controller, cant connect easel, have downloaded newest versions of drivers. any suggestions?

Download and install the Universal Gcode sender. Use Easel to create your Gcode. Run your machine on UGS until you find out why Easel isn’t cooperating. Make sure you have the correct port and baud rate selected.

Download and Install Universal Gcode Sender (UGS). Create Your Gcode Using Easel. Run Your Machine with UGS to troubleshoot any issues with Easel. Verify That You Have the Correct Port and Baud Rate Selected.
