As can be seen in the attached photo, the carving is correctly carving, yet you can notice that the carving is slanted. The material is aligned before carving, so the board is not aligned with the tracks.
Suggestions on how to do this?
Have you checked to see if your X rail is square to the Y rails?

or was your board secured to the wasteboard slanted to begin with?
Looks like you material wasnt secured with its long side truly parallell to you X-axis.
