Changing cutters in the one job in Easel

Hi , I am making wedding signs for a friend and can’t seem to figure out how to select select the outline and assign a 6mm end mill and then select the writing and assign a 90 degree v cutter. Anyone point me in the right direction please

Place the different paths into different work pieces. Then use different bit for each work piece.
